What does it cost to enter the Titan Macquarie Mud Run?

Entry fee includes participation in the Titan Macquarie Mud Run, Finisher’s T-Shirt, medal and a Cold beer/soft drink for under 18’s.
What time do I start?
When you register, you will select your “preferred” start time range.
Once all entries are closed, you will receive an email confirming your start time. If you join or start a team, we will ensure all team members start in the same wave.
Starting waves will be spaced 15-20 minutes apart to spread participants out along the course.
The first wave will be the elite wave (racing for a podium spot) at 8.00am
The kids events will all run between 12.00 and 1.00.
Is the Titan Macquarie Mud Run Timed?
This is not a timed event however we will have elite wave which will be limited to 100 people. The first 3 home both Male and Female will earn a placing trophy.
How fit do I have to be to participate?
This is a course to suit all levels. You do not have to complete any obstacle that you feel unable to do. There will be crossings of the river, which will be supervised by qualified volunteers, and there will be swimming ropes in place, but we expect that you have the ability to swim.
How do I register/check in on the day?
All participants are required to check in. You will receive your event bib and any merchandise you have ordered and elected t collect. Check in will be held the afternoon Prior:
Friday 23rd March between 2.00pm and 6.00pm
And on the day:
Saturday 24th March from 7.00am onwards.
Please register at least one hour prior to your start wave

Commando Warmup Sessions - Friday 23rd March

Check in will be at our Check in tent at Ollie Robbins oval 30 minutes prior to the start time
This is a challenge and participants must have physically prepared themselves for this event. All participants must read and sign the waiver and bring it with them on the day of the event. There will be First aid personnel situated around the course should you or anyone around you require medical attention.
Participants must stay within the course track, fencing and barrier taped channels. It is important and you are strongly recommended to have you own Personal accident insurance.
Can I enter the Kids Race?
The kids race is just that - for kids only. You are welcome to run along beside if you feel your child needs additional assistance, but we cannot have adults competing with the kids. Obstacles will be age appropriate and we will have volunteers manning the obstacles.
Can under 15 year olds enter The Titan?
No sorry, The Titan - main event is for 15 years and above. Anybody under 15 years of age will need to participate in the kids events.
Pay an additional $25 on registration or $30 on the day, and you will be entitled to run as many laps as you wish from the time of your start wave until the course closes. If you have registered in the Titan or the Elite Wave, you will receive a link to purchase the unlimited laps (completely optional of course!). If you have requested a start time later than 11.00 it is not recommended that you go with the unlimited laps option as you may not have time to do more than one lap.
The organizers reserve the right to alter the advertised course, close or withdraw obstacles, to postpone, reschedule or cancel the event if conditions warrant it or otherwise at the organizers sole discretion, including for the following reasons: if natural or man-made emergencies make administering the event unreasonably due to weather conditions, natural disaster, acts of god, terrorism, war or any other reason (at the organizers sole discretion), and that my entry fee will be non-refundable.
If you have registered and are no longer able to attend, we are sorry but your entry is non-refundable. You are able to transfer your registration to another participant. If you need to transfer, please email us with the replacement details - name, address, date of birth, email address, phone number and emergency contact. Plus their shirt size if different to yours. email firstname.lastname@example.org
Invite your friends and family to come and see the action. There is no charge for spectators, however they will not be permitted onto the actual course and will be restricted access to some areas that do not have a specified viewing area. A spectators map will be made available prior to the event, with recommendations to the best vantage points
Create a team or join a team. If you have already entered and are having trouble going back in to join an existing team, log in to your Eventbrite account and you can join the team by editing your entry
All participants who register prior to the cut off will receive a shirt. Sizes are unisex adults and Kids only. Note – not ladies sizes. T-shirts this year will be collected at check in. Please note that if you register after 12th March, you may risk not getting your preferred size of shirt.
What do we wear?
You might like to dress up in fancy dress, make your team stand out, or wear matching team shirts! Or just come ready for a bit of mud and action!
Purchase of training singlets and t-shirts, caps and stubby holders may be made online whilst making purchase.
You will have the option to collect on the day of checking in at the event, or by having posted out. A postage & handling fee of $16.50 will apply. If you select this option, you can expect to receive your order within around 3-4 weeks of placement.
If you missed out on purchasing during registration online, you may still purchase merchandise. Please download this form, fill out including your credit card details, scan and email to email@example.com.
Online orders will be taken up until 12th March. We will have a limited amount of merchandise available for purchase during check in.
There will be a bag drop area for you to store your personal items. It will be a gold coin donation with proceeds going towards the Pink Angels.
There will be a number of showers available for you to clean the mud off so you can relax and enjoy the after party
